Elite Heaven Consultancy is engaged by hotels in three situations: pre-opening (8–12 weeks before keys), audit preparation (60–90 days before a Forbes or LQA inspection), and turnaround of an operating property whose housekeeping or laundry performance has drifted. Every engagement is led personally by a senior consultant.

## What we do

We design the housekeeping and laundry operation that holds Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star and LQA Audit standards in daily service — not on inspection day, but every other day. Our eleven service lines are organised into three pillars:

## Method

Every engagement follows four phases: Diagnose (on-property assessment), Design (SOPs, manning model, structure, procurement specifications), Implement (hands-on training, room and back-of-house set-up), Sustain (audit rehearsals, refresher training).
